Brief History

1989 : Our company was founded as an agent of Japanese buyers undertaking quality control on behalf of the them, helping to source the best products. We later ventured into exporting of cotton handloom fabrics to Japan, from a small one-room rented premises in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.

1990 : Further, our company exported incense cones & scarves. Soon, we started a new firm named M/s Upgrade Exports under which we exported foodstuffs.

1991 : With expansion of business and with the understanding of the markets, we entered in the business of exporting fabrics to Korea & China for making of bags & re-exported them to Japan.

1992 : In 1992, we became a merchant exporter & started exporting a variety of Indian products to Japan, Korea & Spain. We also acted as agents for imports of facsimile papers & copier boards in India. With increasing returns, we moved to a commercial rented office in Community Center, East Of Kailash - Delhi.

1993 : Later in 1993, we signed A MOU for starting a new company in collaboration with M/s C.L. Co. Ltd. - Osaka Japan, a subsidiary of M/s Koizumi Apparels. The new company called M/s C. L.(India) Pvt. Ltd. was formed with 50% equity participation of C.L. Co. Ltd. The prime motive of this company was to check & conduct quality control of merchandise, mainly ladies garments exported from India.

1997 : We got recognized by the Govt. of India as an Export House and started exporting henna based dyes & cosmetics. With increase in demand across markets, we planed to set up a factory for the production of the same and established our own warehouse & office in Panipat.

1999 : A well equipped factory was established in 1999 at New Delhi for production of henna based hair dyes, body tattoo kits, henna based cosmetics and herbal cosmetics.

2000 : Our business in Japan was adversely affected due to recession over there & two major clients went bankrupt. We suffered a big set back & loss, but revived with brighter business ventures, owing to our experience. And we started a new inspection company M/s I.I. Inspections & Exports with share holding of C.L.(India) Pvt. Ltd & Japanese Partner M/s Iii Co. Ltd.

2002 : In the year 2002, we diversified to plastic bags, scarfs etc., and started exporting to European markets.

2005 : We issued shares of C.L.(India) Pvt. Ltd & consolidated our business. Thereafter, started as manufacturer and exporter with a production unit at Tuglaqabad Extension, Delhi.

2007 : In 2007 the construction of company-owned factory building at Noida was completed. And we started CSR Project with a aim to join fair trade forums & contribute to society at large through CSR Project.

2008 : In 2008, we moved into new office & factory at Noida, completely poised to take up newer challenges and meet business commitments with higher level professionalism.
